| 2.) Why can't we just drop by at our convenience, pick up orders and smell the candles? We are a family owned and operated home based business, so for security reasons we have chosen to request, no uninvited visitors please! |
| 3.) Why do you not ship to po boxes? We use UPS as our sole carrier and UPS will not deliver to the USPS without charging us an additional $5.00 per package. Several post offices close early in the afternoon and most close for lunch which makes it difficult for UPS to deliver and causes re-deliveries. So, to avoid any delivery problems, we will not make special po box arrangements, sorry. |
| 4.) Can Forget-Me-Not Dealers sell online? Yes, you may sell online through your storefront. |
| 5.) Can we use Forget-Me-Not Candle Co.'s pictures? Absolutely not! We can not stress enough how important a unique site can be to set you apart from competition. Using our pictures causes customer confusion. You want to stand out with your web site from any others by creating your custom designs and pictures. |
| 6.) Can we use Forget-Me-Not Candle Co.'s logo? You will need to ask permission and tell us your intentions. Our business name is trademarked. There will be certain things you need to put on your web site to be in compliance. |
| 7.) We are interested in selling at crafters shows, can you help us locate one in our area? Yes, just drop Sunday an e-mail with your location and I will be more than happy to help locate a show in your area if available. |
| 8.) Do your wicks contain lead? Absolutely not! We use "zink" wicks and always have. You may check out our candle care page for more info on this subject. |
