You are registering for Forget-Me-Not Candles monthly free candle giveaway which consists of one 11-oz. candle in your choice of scent plus shipping cost, total value $22.95 ($12.95 candle + $10.00 shipping). Due to the high cost of shipping out of the USA, this promotion is only available to those within the states. By registering, you are giving us permission to list your name on this page if you are the winner. We randomly select one name on the last day of each month. Within the first 5 days of the month we will notify everyone by email announcing the winner, so make sure to check your email. Feel free to enter monthly, only one entry per month, please.
